The Trust Health Service (THS) Tai Chi Institute is now up and running with the first class started on the 11 August 2015 at FOX BARRACKS at the entrance to DALE BARRACKS near the COUNTESS of CHESTER Hospital in Chester.
The official opening of the Tai Chi Institute was on the 08th September 2015 with a Presentation of " What is Tai Chi and what are the benefits".
Its our pleasure to announce the forthcoming alliance with Core Fitness and Wellness gymnasium in Rivacre road near the Vauxhall. At Core they pride ourselves in providing an energising and motivating training environment with a personal touch in a fully equipped and supervised gymnasium. Adding Tai Chi to there fitness portfolio offers mind and body exercise offering a complete package for people regardless of your age or state of fitness. We welcome you along for a presentation, demonstration and a 1 hour lesson in the near future FREE of charge to anyone that is interested.
The Trust Health Service (THS) Tai Chi Institute will be coming to the BRIO LEISURE Ellesmere Port Sporting Village (EPSV) soon, and will run a taster with a Presentation of "What is Tai Chi and What are the benefits" followed by 1 demonstration and lesson free of charge to all attendees. If there is sufficient interest, we will be running regular classes to suit all ages. You will learn Formal Tai Chi and Health Qigong at these classes, and not made up versions of the sport, offered by so many outside of China. We have an accredited Tai Chi and Qigong Master and have visiting Experts from China at regular intervals. Dont be cheated have the best programs by the best instructors!!
